What to expect in our Conference Room

The Conference Room is a large timber laminate floored space suitable for up to 80 people. It is air conditioned and is a light spacious room well suited for conferences, meetings, workshops, choir and concert practice/ rehearsals, meditation, yoga and similar activities. It has 80 chairs and trestle tables available to use, plus a whiteboard. In COVID-19 times it can accommodate 26 people

Inclusions
Choice of layout, with chairs and tables available, wifi, data projector and screen.  Use of large kitchen, if specifically booked.

Refundable bond:  
Regular events attract a bond of $30 TBC
Insurance:    
Public Liability insurance for $10M is required for all bookings. If you don’t have your own, you may be eligible to be covered under ours, for an additional fee of $25 per event.
